Tuesday , Thursday & Friday, 1 hr. outdoor workout class
All workout equipment is provided cleaned & Sanitized.
These are weekly sessions three days a week.
With our In person groups , You will also be added to a support group on Facebook
ONLINE FB GROUP: Easy to follow Meal & Fitness Plan with Support & Daily Encouragement And MUCH MORE…!!!!
You can also purchase a ready to eat Meal Plan No shipping, Pick up or Delivery ONLY
*Wash and sanitize hands prior to and after each class.
*Bring your own towel.
