Love the different types of meals each week. Stuff you know not healthy are made healthy and just enough good.

I've been on this program for a while and have recommended meal plan to a few of my clients I train and we are all wowed by this meal plan. dropped 20 pounds in a month, And still use the plan to maintain my weight. As long as I'm training people ill keep sending them to gron pholks body.

I've tried just about every diet on the market and has some success for a minute. But this mean plan I've continuously lost weight. This is the best meal plan every. Plus the food is good. You know Jenny C food isn't good at all. But GPB is bee's knees. Thanks chef T love what your doing. 😁 👍 👍 👍 💕 💕 Oh I forgot to mention you can actually have foods you like that's fat. She make everything healthy.

I've lost a total of 150 pounds in a year on this program. The reason it took so long is because I wasn't consistent with the program in the beginning. But my wife got my mind right and I followed the program as it was intended. I started dropping the weight, doing 3 pounds a week. So I add the breakfast and I really started seen a huge improvement on my weight. My doctor was like what are you doing your blood pressure is normal your diabetes is under control and your cholesterol is getting better. So this is the plan for you if your thinking about losing weight. It will shock your doctors I'm telling you. Thanks GPBody. Hey look at their other services also. They deal with relationships as well. 5 starts to that also. My wife and I was getting a divorce but GPBizness put us back on track. My wife is going to kill me for putting our business out on here. But GPB is pretty good.

It was a time I was in a jam and need to drop 15 pounds so I hoooked up with this program and in two weeks I made weight. They have meals that men love also.
